Thank you for using our app (X-Vibe) (hereinafter referred to as "X-Vibe"). We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please read this Privacy Agreement carefully to understand how we collect, use, share and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you use this app, we may collect the following types of information:
Identifiers, such as email addresses, account names and similar identifiers.
Internet or other electronic network activity information, including but not limited to user content, browsing history, search history, and information about consumers' interactions with Internet websites, applications or advertisements.
Login information and passwords for other websites to help you fill out forms or log in to the websites you visit. You can view and manage stored passwords for other websites and other auto-fill information in the settings of the app. You can also manage or delete browsing data or history information stored in Cookies. You can also prevent the app from accepting Cookies.
We may also collect:
(i) Non-identifiable data. When you interact with products through the Services, we receive and store certain non-personally identifiable information. This information is collected passively using various technologies and cannot currently be used to specifically identify you. We may store this information ourselves or include it in databases owned and maintained by servers, affiliates, agents or service providers. The service may use this information and aggregate it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our services, the number of visitors to each page of our services, and the domain name of our visitors' Internet service providers. It should be noted that no personal data is provided or used in this process.
(ii) Cookies are text files placed on your computer's hard drive by a web page server. Please rest assured that cookies are not used to run programs or bring viruses to your device. Cookies are uniquely assigned to your computer and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. The purpose of cookies is to enable the web server to recognize that you have returned to a specific page and provide you with convenience to save your time. You can choose to accept or reject cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, and you can modify your browser settings to reject cookies. When you choose to reject cookies, your interactive experience with Wolkin services may be affected.
Both the website and the APP use cookies to improve your interaction with the website and the APP. When you visit our website or app, our server will send cookies to your device. However, cookies cannot be used to identify you personally, only your web browser. We do not know who you are unless you choose to identify yourself to us, for example by answering our marketing questionnaires.
Types of cookies include session-based cookies and persistent-based cookies. Session cookies exist only during a session and disappear when you close your browser or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer. If you choose to identify yourself to us, the website will use session cookies that contain encrypted information so that we can uniquely identify you, which enables us to process your online request or transaction, etc.
The app and website use persistent cookies, which only the app can read and use to identify your previous visit. Each time you visit the app or website, the server assigns you a unique identifier. This unique identifier is associated with the persistent cookie that the app or our website places on your browser. We will pay special attention to the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies.
(iii) IP address. When you visit our website, we collect IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, our website uses IP addresses to identify the region from which a user browses the website.
(iv) User-Generated Content and Public Activity (including Comments). We provide you with the ability to post content (such as comments or product reviews) that other users can read. Any personal information included with your postings can be read, collected, and used by anyone. Please read our Terms and Conditions for Posting Comments for more information. We are not required to publish any of your content. If we are required by law to delete, remove, or edit your personal information, we will comply to the extent necessary.
You can view and manage passwords and other auto-fill information stored by other websites in the application settings.
2. Use of Information
We will use the personal information you provide in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide personal information for a reason, we may use the personal information for the reason for which it was provided. For example, if you contact us by email, we will use the personal information you provide to answer your questions or resolve your concerns. In addition, if you provide personal information in order to obtain access to services, we will use your personal information to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. We may also use your Personal Information and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Services. We may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about Services we think will be of interest to you. If we do this, each marketing communication we send you will contain instructions allowing you to "opt-out" of receiving future marketing communications. In addition, if at any time you do not wish to receive any future marketing communications, or if you wish to have your name removed from our mailing list, please contact us as described below. If we intend to use any Personal Data in any manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of such intended use prior to or at the time the Personal Data is collected.
3. Information Sharing
We will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any third party. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
With Service Providers: We may work with trusted third-party service providers to help us provide the Services, and these service providers will be required to protect your Personal Information.

We maintain security measures for any personal and account data (email, phone number, etc.) that we store. Account-identifiable data or user-identifiable data collected through the Services may be encrypted and stored in our internal databases. We do not sell or transfer account-identifiable data to third parties. Any accessible data related to your account or profile can only be retrieved if you provide us with your account identifiers. In particular, emails sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should be particularly careful in deciding what information you send to us. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information to the Company over the Internet.
Please note that all payments for products and services are processed by third parties. We do our best to use third-party companies that take appropriate protection measures for private information. However, we have no control over said companies; therefore, we do not assume any obligation or responsibility for the processes and security measures of said third parties.
5. User Rights
You have the right to access, modify or delete the personal information we collect. You can also choose not to receive marketing information from us.
