• Information sent to your device by our Company;

• Local music file information;

• Login information such as your login records;

• Version information of the application you use;

• Application crash information; and

Information automatically reported by your browser each time you request a connection to our website or application.

Unless you choose to identify yourself by responding to our marketing surveys or other means, we will not know your identity.

The HoneyPlayBox application and website use persistent cookies that only the Company can read and use to identify your previous visits. Each time you visit the application or website, a unique identifier is assigned to you through a server. The Company takes special care to ensure the security and confidentiality of information stored in persistent cookies. 2.  How We Use Your Personal Information and Other Information

HoneyPlayBox may utilize your data (including activity data related to your use of HoneyPlayBox products or software) across all other HoneyPlayBox products and software to provide HoneyPlayBox products, features, or functionalities.

As a result, we may periodically introduce new or enhanced features that may require the collection and use of new personal information or changes in the purposes or methods of using personal information. To provide adult product functionalities: Our application offers functionalities to control adult products, allowing remote partners to share control. We read and process your instructions to enable these functionalities. The information you share with your remote partner will be transmitted to their device for controlling adult products.

However, it is important to note that recipients can save your content using various methods and technologies, such as taking screenshots, third-party software, or any other image capture technology. Additionally, others may obtain access to this information through legal means or by finding them in device caches.

 

While our system is designed to automatically delete content after a specific period of time, we cannot guarantee that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. Furthermore, the foregoing will, however, not prevent us from retaining content if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, in order to file a legal claim or defend ourselves against a legal claim, or for evidential purposes.  

 

*Please note that any of the above-mentioned content you send to recipients is not within the scope of personal information collected under Section 1 of our Privacy Policy. The Company hereby disclaims any obligations or liabilities arising from the acquisition, storage, and use of user information by third parties, including recipients.

 

5.  We DNot Collect Personal Information from Minors

The Company does not intentionally collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use the service nor submit any personal information through the service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor the internet usage of their children and to guide children under the age of 18 not to provide personal information through the service, so that we can better enforce our Privacy Policy. Our security measures include, but are not limited to, regular system and security assessments, secure access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only, encryption of data transmission using secure protocols, periodic data backup and recovery procedures, and training of employees and contractors on data protection best practices.  Data collected from identifiable accounts or users through the service may be encrypted and stored in our internal databases for up to seven (7) days. The Company does not sell or transfer data from identifiable accounts to third parties. No one can access all the accessible data associated with your account or personal profile unless you provide your account identification information. It is important to note that internet or electronic transmission and data storage are not always completely secure, and information transmitted or stored through the service may still be subject to access, disclosure, or alteration. In particular, there is a possibility of insecure transmission of emails sent to and from our servers. Please note that all product and service payments are processed by third-party providers. Our Company carefully selects third-party companies with good privacy protection measures to work with in good faith. However, as we cannot control the actions of these companies, we do not assume any obligations or liabilities regarding the handling of personal data and the security measures implemented by these third parties.
